Sonographer for Obstetrics and Gynecology Ultrasound Practice

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic sonographer seeking a rewarding opportunity in the field of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound? We have an exciting position available at our well-established practice and we are looking for a skilled Senior or junior Sonographer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality ultrasound scans on obstetrics and gynecology patients using advanced imaging techniques.

Develop a high level of scanning expertise in areas such as fetal anatomy, growth assessment, and gynecological pathologies.

Teach and mentor junior sonographers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills.

Coordinate scanning activities within the practice, ensuring efficient patient flow and smooth operations.

Requirements:

Valid ASA /APHRA certification as a Registered Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Minimum of 1year  of experience as a sonographer in obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound.

Proficient in conducting and interpreting a wide range of ultrasound examinations in women’s health.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.

Up-to-date knowledge of current ultrasound technology, imaging techniques, and industry standards.
